      Low birth rate does not mean you have more chance at the good schools. It just means the not so popular schools have more seats unfilled.

          Yes, isn't that interesting? There's a higher ratio of baby boys to girls every year. But if you follow the statistics for different age groups, the ratio of boys to girls drops till its almost 1 : 1 at the 20 - 30 age group. Then at greater age groups, it's a higher ratio of women to men.

          So ... why does the ratio of boys/ men drop?

                        my niece is a jan 1 kid…so she will have to start primary 1 with the 2012 batch. it will be interesting to find out which school her parents will register her in.
