Condos around martaban road look posh.

The only times I go to Balestier was to go to those lighting shops when doing up our place.

What do you think of Park Place Residences at Paya Lebar?

buy and rent out ok lah. all healthcare worker demand, the pinoy very atas one, they prefer to rent condo to hdb.
Yes, the pinoys can take a direct bus to Novena Church to attend mass. I think for healthcare workers like nurses, there's a large dormitory on the side of TTSH that accommodates semi-skilled to skilled FWs. Behind those lanes named after Myanmar cities.
They usually rent Ah Hood, Whampoa, Kim Keat, Moulmein HDB flats instead of condos to maximise their hard earned savings.
Those condos on the same side as TTSH/NMC are built on an upslope. Need to walk up and down to the Balestier bus-stops...Panoramic views of the city though. Been to a few penthouses there.
There are some older apartments near Ah Hood HDB estate. -

I also go there to grab my LED light replacements, toilet bowls, faucets and Lam Yeo for my exotic coffee powder! My Dh and I love to go to Whampoa market to lim kopi and eat rojak. Sometimes we go to Long Beach (earlier I typed wrongly - \"Palm Beach\"!) for lunch.Funz:
