      I withdraw from my citibank atm in tokyo.


      Pretty good rates then. Not sure about posb. But I also carried jpy.

        Have read more about it & looks quite commonly done by travellers. It’s best to carry emergency yen & change upon arrival at airport. Rates are abt same at airport & in city. Am staying very near Shinjuku/Ueno station & so convenient to draw from ATMs at post office & 7-11s. Can’t wait!

          the best is to apply a Citibank International ATM card… they will adjust according to the exchange rate.
