Unfortunately not, Tankee. The answer to Archie's question cannot be found within this thread.
My daughter is in Little Skool House, but I can only comment next year.
BTW, Archie, you haven't reported at the Newbie thread yet, right? Can you please report there? It's a SOP in KSP.com.

hi, any comment about little skool house at orchid country club?

I have friends who send their kids there. These friends are high flyers so the school shouldn’t be too bad, to "pass" their criteria, haha.
One of my friends said she liked it for the wide open spaces where the kids can run about.
Probably worth a visit to consider. -
There will be two N2 classes open, so those in the waiting list or wish to join could have chance

all i can say that my visit to the lsh at tampines was a let down. even though i made an appointment to be at the school, the principal and another staff seemed surprised when i mentioned i was there by appointment. principal didn’t even bother to introduce herself and started bringing me around to show off the premises.
basically, there was very little eye contact, a careless attitude, definite lack of sincerity and interest. i was repeatedly told that the toddlers’ class is full. and was even corrected on the definition of what ‘no waiting list’ was.
it doesn’t mean that a spacious school with nice, new hardware can replace the lack of warmth.
it was in all a wasted trip. waste of my time and effort. -
after the disappointing display at tampines lsh, i almost did not turn up at fidelio street’s little skool house. it would have been to my loss if i did not go.
the principal is really a patient and sincere lady. she took time to sit me down and went through the curriculum and all other basic information. her answers were very clear and positively put across. she really impressed me.
the school was also recently ‘revamped’ and it was good to see a spacious dance studio and a fun-looking playground.
however, the teacher for the toddlers’ class looked quite upset (assistant teacher was on leave) as she was handling about 8 children alone in the room. hmm… that was the main concern that I had, otherwise I would have just registered my child there and then.
you can’t have the best of everything, I guess. -
I went to LSH in tampines too, but my experience was quite different.
The principal showed me around and patiently explained the curriculum and timetable.
I liked the place, the large play area, the new toilets and the classrooms. Principal seemed like she knew her stuff too, although young.
But the location is too far for me, and prefer some outdoor play (which they don’t offer), so probably won’t be taking it up either.
Perhaps when the class is already full, they just feel there’s less of a point in introducing what cannot be taken up. -

My girl was from little skool house ! Withdrawl her already cos they keep changing teachers and upon a few times shortage of teachers! That made me really upset! Paying this kind private rate of fee! But couldn't get what I want! Principal was warmth , teachers very caring too ( but leaving soon)! So upset! Place was airy but rather hot during afternoon cos sunset! Overall a nice place but really teachers problem only!
