Hi there. Can any advise where to go to for a good compo-writing class. My son is P6 this year, and truly needs to brush up on his writing. And hopefully the tutor/ center can advise the various strategies to tackle the compos based on current syllabus/ exam format. Thanks!

That's what I do. PM me if you're keen.

BTW, in what area does your son need to 'brush up on his writing'? I might be able to share a few strategies with you here.

No. For emails, no need to write date.

But my child is penalised 1 mark for not writing date for this SA1... how to convince the teacher on this?

HOD EL taught them that there is no need to write the date in emails. This has been taught to both my kids. The rationale is that the email sent would have already been dated automatically by the computer.

                        Hi

Anyone living in pasir ris whose kid is taking PSLE this year? I got in touch with a MOE certified tutor who does English group tuition, we still need 2 more students to form a class. The price will be a lot cheaper than one to one tuition.

Let me know if anyone is interested, I hope can form a class before holiday starts! Thank you!
