Nothing to be guilty about , even watching tv is not a guilt crime la.
Just b careful dun let your girls over eat n grow fat fat lei :p.
Make so much food , can finish ?

mummy's cooking is healthy. as long as kids enjoy, putting on a little weight during the holidays is fine.

Not always! I am making bacon fried rice for my boys - i don't think that is very healthy at all šŸ˜“ just maybe less unhealthy than a commercial version.

What is egg with cold bath? You making bone broth? Any particular reason why? I have been doing it on and off for years now. No need to follow the angmoh method strictly. Our Asian style slow-boiled soup is also very good. The only thing to take note of is to use bones with some marrow and cartilage.
Your broth may turn out very oily, either skim off the fats, or put in the fridge overnight to remove the fats.

i prefer use normal ribs for broth , prefer this rib taste compared to bone broth , n the oil fr bone … i scared.

bone broth is more economy for making soup , the hawkers use this for their soup base.

actually I do enjoy baking, but no one here eats much cakes and such as well. Besides when you're the one baking, you realise how much sugar goes in and that kind of stops me from eating it too.

DH suddenly starting buying packets of it. For a while I was making bacon egg toast for their breakfast. DS2's bacon has to be defatted. :faint:
