No just curious… Are there any sec schools which are only open to pupils taking chinese mother tongue.

Yes, IP SAP schools like HCI, DHS, RVHS, NYGH and non-IP schools like St Nics, Anglican High, Catholic High, Maris Stella etc are the others offering only Chinese as the mother tongue. -
Does that mean that if you are taking any other MT other than chinese, you cannot get admission into the above mentioned schools?

Unfortunately, the answer is yes, as SAP schools mean they only offer Chinese (most of the time Higher Chinese) as their mother tongue. Other races are welcome to join these schools, provided they can and are able to take Chinese as their mother tongue. Other languages are taken out of campus, as an extra language, not as mother tongue. -
Last night my boy attended the guitar concert. Goodness, it ended so late, reach home ard 10.15pm (hubby went to fetch him).
A few projects running concurrently since last week. -

He has been in school until 8 or 9pm a few times since last week for practices. And also 10pm last week for another performance at Esplanade.
But actually school has been let off early since last Friday bc of the Arts Fest ongoing, so the students do have time to study in between.
