anyone has any experience in NTUC childcare ?

Yes I did. They are not too bad, but it all depends on the branch. Also, they are really no frills. If you want someone reliable to look after your child while you work, they are pretty good. If you want your baby to undergo all sorts of enrichment programmes, look somewhere else.

          sherin:
I had been to Little Wonders, but as of now they do not have a vacancy. They have asked me to contact in June. I liked the place, but only thing is that the playgroup room is on the first floor, though I am sure they ensure that kids are never using the stairs on their own without supervision!

          sherin, thanks for sharing.
you like the place as in....? nice teachers? good curriculum? no vacancy? think I need to act fast. thinking of getting my boy into a flexi-programme in Nov/Dec.
so have you settled for any childcare?

http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/kindergarten/tulip-montessori comes highly recommended by phantom who is sending his son there. It's a bit off in Choa Chu Kang, though, so do consider the distance.

How about The Childrenโ€™s Campus? They claim to be a Pat Schoolhouse affiliate. Does anyone have any comments about it?

                    Hi,

                    I decided on Children Campus.

I liked the teacher, and my boy has been talking about her since he came back from school. I like that it is not air conditioned too. I think teachers are the most important.

Actually Kinderland called me a while back, and asked if I wanted to put my boy there (he was on waiting list for almost a year). But I decided not to switch him and create more changes. You could possibly consider that too. But it's air-con ๐Ÿ™‚

                        Hi,

I was referring to the one next to Lot One. It's a childcare centre. I think they are opening registration for 2009.

If you are interested in the one at Sunshine Place, don't worry, they do free up spaces quite fast. I thought I had to wait very long, but they kept calling me back.

Good luck! ๐Ÿ™‚ Let me know how it goes, and if possible, you may want to share your views about the schools here too ๐Ÿ™‚
