      As a parent, I understand how you feel. However, this is unlikely to happen. Our government is one that recognise and welcome talent, whether or not Singaporeans. Rather than wish for them to give our child priority, I rather my child is as competitive if not more than the foreign talents.

      our govt opens doors to foreigners who are talented. which is why there are so many FTs here.
      popular schools are mostly reserved for children who are SCs...this is already an advantage over PRs and foreigners.

      For geppers, more resources are allocated to them. If restrict the gep program to SC, these resources could be used to help the weaker SC students.

        Hi, our school office had emailed to inform us that, Phase 1, we do not need to be present unless the system has issues accepting our application due to missing information, etcetera...

        That's right, but best to just call the school admin to confirm and have peace of mind πŸ™‚

              in fact havent..i told myself to wait till end of next week if dd doesn't come back with the confirmation i m going to call again..worry dd didnt submit the form/form got misplaced πŸ˜‚
