Hi dottypooh, is your child in volleyball team? My child is interested to enroll into volleyball as his CCA, so I'm wondering if there's any qualifying assessment to enter into the CCA.Hi to potential Qifa parents,
This year's enrollment has increased to 240; 8 classes. Last year's enrollment was only 210, mainly due to the low birth rate.
As of phrase 1 sibling priority, more than 3 classes have been filled.
As of now, the possibility of having ballot in phrase 2C is still unknown.
Do feel free to ask questions and I will continue to provide details of 2018 P1 registration updates.
Cheers -

Hi CeciliaAng,

I am assuming that your child is in P1 this year. Usually the students have to undergo some assessment activities by the school teachers... If your child has some potential, they would get a letter. If not, dun give up... Continue to train hard. And your child might have a chance.
My child didnt get into volleyball when she was in P1. She just joined them this year. She is in P4 now.
If your child is interested...... Make sure he does well for his studies as well as volleyball is one of the most tedious CCA in the school. They train almost everyday except Sunday if they are in the school team.

Hi,
My DS will be under 2A2 in bukit panjang primary and 2C (<1km) for Nanhua and Qifa. NH should be out so now I’m indecisive of either BPPS or QFPS. Transportation is not a problem. Can anyone give some advise? -

Thanks for the information. Hopefully he gets into the CCA he wants.

I balloted for Qifa at more than 2km for phase 2C last year. If you are within 1km, it's worth the try for nanhua, but qifa would not be available for 2C supp usually.Hi,

If you ask me, I would prefer a school near home. As most schools would be operating under single session, a lot of extra activities will be conducted in the afternoons. There are some schools that would end their activities as late as 6.30pm. if the traveling time back home is long, the child would be too tired to complete their homework.Hi,

I'm currently living at Bukit Panjang.. but my Mom is staying at Teban gardens. Want to know the pricing for either sending him from BP and from Teban gardens. Going home will be back to Teban gardens.mskyliee:
Hi, I'll be enrolling my boy to qifa Pri under P2a2, does anyone know the pricing for the school bus?
School bus fares depends on the area that you are staying. Would you like to pm me for more details? -
if my child take the sch bus and reaches school before 7am… And sch starts at 740am… What does the child do for 40mins? It feels like he will be idling him time away in school… Any advice/experience from parents on this?
