Ballet or Chinese Dance for DSA application

May we know from where did u hear that PLMGS raise COP to 250 ?

How about their affiliation COP ?
Still remain at 205, or higher ?

I find it strange that PLMGS increased COP so much (used to be 245/6?) Not sure why it suddenly become so popular (as evidenced by the higher COP?) b/c my friend who went for the OH last year was surprised to find out that average L1R5 is 14 or so (can someone confirm).
