Not true. After upgrading and moving back to original school site in 2016, Tao Nan intake still maintain at 360. No impact from decline birth rate. :?

In today's undesirable situation, KCS is a better choice than PCPS.

          Dear parents,

Sorry to disturb, I stay in a 5 room flat at Toa Payoh Lor 7 (within 1km) of pei Chun. Looking to sell my unit, for parents interested in a house near Pei Chun, feel free to contact me at [email protected]

it is so unfair to reduce the size of the intake. I shifted to Toa Payoh in hopes of getting a place there for my child…

They have just reduced it, why would they increase again?
I think the current intake size is probably optimum for its size and the catchment area.

I already heard going to reduce to 330 students in year 2017 bcos start single session in year 2019 & no enuf classroom in holding school, but end up only implement in year 2018.

Thanks Eunice; quite disappointed with this reduction in spaces... Suddenly this year looks uncertain...

It is lacking in terms of extra academic support, unless your child is among the weakest. Only that handful get help from teachers. We used to have banded AS for all students from P3 to P6 but was scrapped since beginning of this year.

Overly relax environment with very little homework. My P4, on certain days, does not even have homework. I find my elder one getting lazier! A lot of home support (as in you have to be the one who supervise and give homework otherwise the child will be doing nothing and rotting at home) is needed and for working parents, it might not be easy to cope.

Thanks, you mean Pei Chun, right?
So Kheng Cheng is better because it gives more homework to the child and parents can supervise less? Does it also offer more academic support to most or all the students?
