Yes thats true though music audition was done very early even before dsa deadline was over they were called for the first round so I guess they were notified earlier

Otherwise u can give njc a call to ask your domain. I think that would be a good step to take so that u can roughly know as yours maybe a different domain.

But i saw a parent posted in this forum that NJC has notified them for interview already.

I received the AEP interview notice on 20 Jul for interview on 1 Aug. In the notice, there is standard instructions for applicants to submit a list of documents by hand to the general office by this Fri 28 Jul 5.30pm. So this morning I submitted the documents. When I wanted to seek for more information, the lady at the counter did not reveal anything other than there were over 600 applicants in total.

I might be wrong, but if AEP applicants do not receive any email notification by 28 Jul (which is the deadline for the documents submission) for interview next week, it might mean the applicant is not successful? Just my guess, don't flame me. Best to call the school to confirm, at least can put your mind at ease.

Sorry, just now not specify : For NJC, those under Sports domain like shooting, Basketball etc who had went through the 1st trial, they will further notify successful candidates for the interview by this week through emails.

I jus gave RI a call as their interview date is from tomorrow onwards and strange how come we still hvnt received anything

The lady who picked up my call was very nice she’s the one sending out email

She told me she will send the email in batches from tomorrow onwards till Thursday so by end of Thursday those hvnt receive email from RI u can give them a call, successful or not will receive their email

Interviews be held whole of next wk and if you cannot make it for the time n date given pls reply w the email that u receive and they will reschedule for you.

Interview time will be between 3-5pm.

Actually, im just wondering… what is the quota RI/ CHS/ NJC/ other boys or girls branded schools have for each domain, like specific sports, or performing arts, excluding academics?


coz there are some schools that specifically allocate number of seats only for certain domains/ ccas… whereas there are some schools that will fill up seats based on the best. If the best that they can get are mostly from 1 domain, then they will fill up only the best they can field, and close up the rest of the domains/ ccas.
