back in the 80s/90s, maximum temperature is 31-32 degrees C…rainy season would be 29 degrees.

now, it’s 33 degrees during the day and i think touching 34. nights are 27-28 degrees. it’s still so hot in july now.

We never had to hit 34 last time...At most 32.You could see a lot of people at ECP on weekends then.

But now, there are more people in the shopping malls instead.

didn't even hit 33 then. 32 considered hot.
          29 means rainy day.

shopping malls now hardly have places to sit. maybe management is afraid people just walk in to enjoy air con and hog the benches? walking around aimlessly is torturous. which is why the flat must not have afternoon sun.

I have not concerned myself with the children’s school excursions for donkey years.

Are outdoors hiking always in the open without tree shades?

Are children not allowed to wear hats, apply sunblock lotion, drink water during the hike, or are continuously exposed to the hot sun?

I should be worried if my boys are not used to hot weather since they will be enlisted for NS.

Getting sick after a few hours outdoors could be due to the body does not know to adjust to high temperature.

Always staying in cool rooms should be discouraged.

Even if there are benches in the malls, they would have been taken up and hogged before you can say 123.

That's why I only go to the malls when I have something to buy.Mixing with the slow weekend crowd adds to the frustration.

i switch on fans in the house to keep cool. air con only at night for a few hours.

cannot switch on air con all day. not healthy in the long run and skin will lose moisture.

i go to the malls when i have something to buy and off i go. sitting on the benches is painful...unless i am retired. usually i write on a list of paper things to get, reach the mall, buy the stuff and done in 30 minutes....off peak hours.

Thank God just now rained a bit, so weather a bit cooler, not so blistering hot, like yesterday

Please, please, please rain a fair bit, everyday, so that there’s a cooling effect
