Seriously? None of the MGS kiddos I know have recieved any news or offer for interview. ACSI and MGS are notoriously late for sending out interview emails besides RGS which is the late results notifications.

My daughter friend has two friends gotten news for interview. Hope this helps. In fact submission of documents last day fo Band is 28 July.

My DS went for VS arts interview on 19 Jul (audition/test was the week before), it was a group interview with 5 other music students (according to him). Now that I looked at the VS domains, there is no Music domain so the 5 of them are either from band, chinese orchestra or choir.

DS also received notice from NJC on 20 Jul for arts interview on 1 Aug.

If you still have not heard from these 2 schools, best to call them to check. This waiting game can be agonizing.

Last year, a friend's DS went for HCI interview but didn't make it successfully. We all wondered why because he's a brilliant kid with strong portfolio and was a head prefect in his school.

Maybe he's not a collaborative team player or maybe he \"snatches\" to answer all the questions when in group interview or maybe he has no sense of humour...........

We applied under sports. No extra portfolio... I think for RV - they lay the prerequisite clearly ie. at least 75% overall for P5 SA2 & P6 SA1 and Chinese must be A (ie. 75% as well).

no news and anxious here too but RGS is known to be super late with ACSI and MGS just in case you have missed my post
