It is a ballot-in system. Meaning they will draw the same number of balls corresponding to the total number of places, one by excruciating one. Whoever is not drawn does not get the place.We need to ballot at SCGS.
How does the balloting work? Can grandparents attend on my behalf?
It is not compulsory to attend. If u want to send a representative, u probably need to write an authorization letter. They are extremely strict no one who shouldn't be there cannot just go in to kaypoh. -
I dont understand why they dont ballot out if the oversubscription is less than 100%. Easy to announce the 5 who dont get in than the 78 who do. And saves people the tension of waiting.

At 4.45pm it was announced 57 applicants (<1km) for 55 seats. Someone came in at 4.10pm to apply and it pushed to 57.ksjac:
