My child just went for interview this afternoon, and there are other interview sessions scheduled for the rest of this week. Don't think CO would be issued so soon within th is week.

I think gar12gar is confused because some said 188 and some said it's 200.

For those with confirmed offers, a PSLE score of at least 200 is required. But for those who don’t do DSA / no confirmed offers via DSA, a score of 188 can qualify the candidate for the Express stream.
