Yes you can. After Phase 2C(S) it will be first-come-first-served for Singaporean Citizens.

Foreigners will still need to register in Phase 3 and be allocated a place by MOE centrally.

Jurong Primary School only has 2 vacancies left. Three people applied so far. And there is De La Salle and Springdale Primary badly oversubscribed. So I guess those parents who are balloted out will be able to let us know the procedure. Somebody mentioned elsewhere that MOE lets u list down 3 choices between 2C(S) and Phase 3? If still fail then MOE will allocate the nearest one to your house?

It may not be worth it to go through balloting esp when the odds are bad. We would know by now that registration is just the start of the journey. What's more important is the school journey.

Unless you are SC, the number of seats left at the end of Phase 2CS is meaningless at this point as far as Phase 3 is concerned.

MOE will process the application centrally and they can opt not to fill all the seats.

Are you qualified to enroll under 2Cs? if you are you should be able to do so now for both schools.

Or are you applying another school now and checking if you can enter to marymount if you doesn't go in at 2Cs?

Can i know which school that you're consider now?
I'm thinking whether should i go for Pasir Ris school like: Meridian or Park View or should i go for the school like Tampines North or Yumin ...
Worrying & the 2CS phase is start now and don't know which school should i enrol for my kid.

Good for you! Just waitlist yourself in your preferred school, and stay in Telok Kurau in the meantime. For all you know, it might actually be the school for your girl to blossom.

I do not think this is possible as the MOE P1 Registration system will be closed for all schools after end of Phase 2C Supp. MOE will then post all unsuccessful SC/PR kids to nearest schools with vacancies before Phase 3 starts for foreign students.

Perhaps you can request to put on the Wait List for the school of choice and do a transfer when the school offers you a vacancy.

That's not correct. If balloted out, you can either register in schools with vacancies yourself before P3 or wait for MOE to post you. As per MOE FAQ:

a) You can request MOE to facilitate your child's placement to a school which still has vacancies after Phase 2C Supplementary; or

b) You can register your child at a school which still has vacancies at Phase 3.[/quote][/quote]
