2017 P1 Registration Exercise for 2018 In-Take

Hi, anyone know the breakdown for Bukit View Primary? Is the ballot for SC within 1km? MOE website updated 45 vacancy, 47 registered. I'm helping my friend to ask. Thanks

For bukit view, there is no ballot. All 45 SC admitted.

Such a long list! Do you think the parents knew the risk of balloting and went it with both eyes open? Or is it a matter of submit application with one/both eyes closed and just wait for whatever happens…? Anyway MOE will allocate SCs and PRs first before phase 3 seats are allocated right?

i think some parents no matter what also determine to try their luck at balloting. All i can say is that it will be heartbreaking if they don’t get balloted in.

Hmmm…I think it’s fine to go in if u can accept the calculated risk. It won’t be so heartbreaking/end of the world if u don’t psych your child beforehand that "this is the school you will be studying in". Parent can just bear any disappointment secretly yourself.


Just worried that some applicants may have gone in blur blur without being advised by the schools of their actual chances (or lack thereof)…and what to do in the aftermath…
