DSA 2017

Haha, yes, this endless waiting is :frustrated:. Hopefully will end by next week. Actually, I'm more amazed that so many of you parents are still on this forum so late into the night :shock:myteapot:
Funny story...
Tonight I was at Junction 8 having dinner and saw a lady who looked very familiar. Then I thought I remembered her as the DSA Admin officer of the school my DD has applied to.
Thinking that this was my chance to get some inside info on when the DSA results would be released, I approached her in a friendly manner and said \" Hi! Are you working in XXX School?\"
The lady turned to look at me with a strange expression on her face and said 'No' before walking away quickly, obviously thinking I was some kind of weirdo.
All this endless waiting for results has driven me to desperate measures like stalking strangers in the middle of a mall....
:?: :rotflmao:
Hahha bbcat... yes the waiting is really getting to us! Myteapot ... only fellow parents on this forum can understand the anxiety. Even my hubby is asking why I need to keep refreshing my email! :rotflmao:
Yes, and it's having fellow parents on this forum that keeps us going
and all this while, my DS is oblivious to what is going on. I think our fingers can rest for this weekend, the action starts coming Monday

distance between sngs and nygh is quite far apart. which school are you nearer to? does distance bother you? its 6years journey. -

My girl likes NYGH abit more, but just worry their high standard of Chinese. On the other hand, if NYGH not successful. she said solve her problem, no need to dilemma. In a nutshell, she's not that stress as she has secured a place in St Nick. She still continue her study for Prelim exam. :boogie: P.S. It's only her mummy θͺε·± worry for nothing. -

Actually distance is not a problem, not that far from our home., reasonable distance. Not from 1 end to the other end. -

thats good! and congrats to your daughter for having sngs CO! I asked because I am wondering if I am spoilt, I only look at schools near home (or 1 direct bus), because I don't think I can sustain being the driver for the next 6-8years and I don't want them to spend >1hr on the road everyday. -

Happy for her and for you! At least some stress is taken off since there is a CO!
All the best to all the gan chiong parents and the hardworking kids preparing for prelims!
