Your child’s school will pass the selection form to your child so they will know which students are successful in DSA.
On the day of PSLE results, they will also know the outcome of the DSA in terms of which school. -
Thanks alot for the info

Thanks for the info. So basically the school will be handed over with the letter to pass to the students who are successful with their application ?
That's right. You can then choose to submit online or return the completed form to the school for submission. -
All, I have received confirmation from SST that the preference forms will be given to our DS/DD via their primary school. Just look out for it

Thanks. It will be in mid Oct.

I spoke to a sec 1 sst student, apparently the math teacher change a few times this year and the teacher cannot finish the syllabus before exam. He is in the 7th class if not wrong. This child has math tuition to teach in advance luckily.
Another parent whose child is in sec 2 this year, mentions the same problem. Somehow the teachers there at sst are not consistent. The parent whose 2nd child is in upper primary now, refuses to let him consider sst at all.
Not sure if to take up the CO…
Any feedback regarding this? In a dilemna now. -
Hi moment3w3
Is your child currently in SST?
If So, have you try to call or speak to someone from the school about this issue?
I personally believed that the changes in teachers in any schools especially in any school terms posed an issue.
As a parent, I am none wiser to advice u what to do but definitely speaking directly to the school to pose your concern is a good way.
If syllabus can't be completed due to the issues that u have just posted, I believed the school management will know what to do.
SST to my understanding has a different approach in the way they conduct their lessons. So please seek clarification asap. :xedfingers:
