      Janet

      Yes, Fri = ME time
I plan to complete my slides for a presentation due next week. Can’t be helped as I have to do some office work even on leave. The good thing is I can do it at my own pace
Am already thinking what to do during this weekend

My younger daughter has donated once, but the last time she tried, she was told her haemoglobin was a bit low, so they told her to take iron tablets and try again later.
2 months ago when I donated blood, I was told my haemoglobin was very high and the nurse asked me what food I have been taking. I remember I ate steak the day before. Maybe eating beef will help your daughter's iron level?

For blood donation, ladies can donate about a week after period. Don’t donate just after period as the haemoglobin level is sure low

When the weather is hot, we shower and switch on air con more often. No eye see the utility bill

totally agree. since we don't have a maid, sometimes i just don't think about utility bill especially when the weather is so hot. after the room cools down, i can switch off the air con.

Our skin will get too dry if we do that!
