                    tigressina:
Whatever they are studying today is so different from what we studied before (haha, that's why tuition businesses thrive!), even language subjects are so different...the format, the bombastic words they learn and got to use. It's accelerated learning they have to adapt to  at such a young age.

Nonetheless, it's time to destress! Let them go enjoy their well deserved break. We need that too. Go bond with them and show them we care :snuggles:

                    tigressina,

You took the words out of my mouth!

Kids deserve lots of hugs & affirmation after a major milestone. Whatever the results, I always let kids know I see their effort, and celebrate their perseverance to complete their tasks and we do things with them as a family - kids' things (as parents we bring them for their ice-skating or rock-climbing tho we hardly know how to but hey, just hv fun together), daddy's things (men's hobby such as car rides, photography and let the kids hv a go with daddy's guidance), mummy's things (snorkeling, baking, whatever).

They'll learn, they'll grow & ustand that exams (PSLE O/ levels) are just passing snapshots of life. More to come, but each trials & tribulations they'll see their muscles stronger in every area (decision-making muscles, reflexes, coping with stresses, etc) as they develop into adulthood, they need mummy/daddy to let them go abit, abit and abit more & they're flying on their own to conquer their new world!

Chill mummies & daddies with the family! Don't look back, you can change nothing. Look forward as you can curve your new path.

DD1 said it was surprisingly easy for the HCL paper1 and paper2.

                      Finally it’s over! :rahrah:
