How to stay 'cool' in this hot weather?

during the downpour yesturday, my next door angmo who rented the unit (landed) went out and made himself soak in the rain. He was so happy smiling away while enjoying the heavy rain and his another anymo friend took a picture of him in the rain :imcool:

rain chant and dance does not work unless you are outdoors! No rain at my place this afternoon! So rain chant and dance does not work, rain only listens to you when you go outdoors! :lol:
