Just had my first proper lunch after a day going without eating much. Gastric the whole night. I went easy in case the stomach can’t adjust to having too much food to handle.

It’s not as hot today. Still hoping there will be a heavy downpour.

Psle marking starts today. Hubby told me the school he is working in is used as a marking centre. With such stringent marking and checking, there can be no wrong. Once a year, teachers are confined to their chairs to mark for so many hours.

Due to the hot weather, I sweat a lot. Is this gd or bad?

I do drink water to replenish the sweat lost
