Took Japanese in JC last time but now a bit rusty haha.

Spoke Japanese to DH to mask our conversations in front of DDs sometimes. They can understand Cantonese and Teochew so cannot use them if we want to have private conversations among ourselves.

DH knows a bit of German from watching German war movies.

No they don’t. But we did explain a few phrases to them so they will start guessing whenever they hear similar phrases.

For DDs,their Teochew is 8/10 in speaking and understanding because their dad taught them.

Their Cantonese is 6/10 but still passable.

Talking about Mandarin,DDs' Mandarin or Chinese have a long way to go.

But there is still lots of room for improvement for them.

Now catching my reruns of Growing Up Seasons 1-6 on Toggle now while waiting for my midnight chow.

Be careful when eating oyster when you’re pregnant. Undercooked or raw oysters can cause blood infection.
