touch wood..so far I dont notice any big diff if we were to eat mangoes, durian, grapes etc.

yes ST, I also just discovered that greenish phlegm is not what we always thought that it is getting more serious..but we know our own body better..if start to feel 'asthmatic' better go easy with our body.
Serious?I only got very yellow phlegm at my worst stage but I never got greenish ones.

@MP-I think I got a lot of body work to do after March next year.I think it is also the good timing as I can go to the gym in the morning to work off the fats as the girls are in school.

But first,I must stop gorging myself like this every night.

Its good that you have some meds to hold off the germs.

Maybe you should drink lemon water or sarsi with added lemon for added effect. My mom was the one who came up with the sarsi with lemon idea. Some said drinking Aquarius will do the trick too.

I had cravings for French fries with ds. For dd, I crave for birds best every few days - all easy to get n cook.

I increased less than 10kg for each kid . By birth n full month - left 3kg plus to lose to return original weight . Now am still stuck with some stubborn fats as souvenir- dh said I din run enuff yet - not my cup of tea - I just eat less lor
with son, no cravings. but with daughter, i craved for mcdonald apple pie every night. fortunately it's very convenient as there was a drive-thru at king albert park then. with daughter, i lost my pregnancy weight very fast as i was expressing 24/7.

Was awakened at 7am this morning by someone singing a ridiculous song about going to Australia, checked on the girls and found them doing their Chinese essay writing and preparing for Chinese spelling/dictation without anyone telling them to do so while I discovered that DD2 was the one singing the ridiculous song and creating a din.
