They go for baking, Coding, swimming, piano, rock-climbing, etc. Also our way to let them let off steam fr whole year of academic work.

Its not specific what is suitable for P6 per se. It's what level a P6 child can join in yo learn skills.

Some P4 alr know the basic SCRATCH
Others might hv completed PTHYTON
Some are doing independent MIT Applications.

I’ve got in touch with an Outward Bound Trainer willing to customize the 1st special Programme designed for P6 (no younger) if we get enuf to start a group.


Anyone keen to occupy their kids?

It’ll be a 3-day Programme, likely to be at the Science Centre grounds. Generally, it’ll be a structured amazing race within the science center’s eco gardens, with some objectives of adventure, lifeskills building (self responsibility) & Prep for Sec 1 young adult hood.

Likely to be 3rd or 4th week of Nov.

Pm me if you’re interested. I’m not the organizer/trainer. Just a mum who enjoys searching for healthy learning activities to engage kids.

Talking about coding, this school is good. My eldest is currently enrolled there and she was able to pick up coding quite fast. But as a non-coder myself, how do I really know when the programme is good..haha..just wondering. My daughter says its very good but I cannot really discern myself

For the 2nd book, there are 5B in the series. The 5A and 5B are very topical, good for beginners and to strengthen basic concepts for average students.
The first book is more for regular revisions and practices for a mixture of topics... in order to score in exam. Practice makes perfect.
The 3rd book -- focus on standard and tricky/challenging problem sums related to topics fractions, ratios and percentages
