Hi, can anyone shed light on the after-school activities for P5 kids in NH? Do they stay back often for extra lessons etc?

Hi, yup, not worth it taking the school bus both ways. Supplementary lessons (mandatory unless you ask to be excused?) for all P5 all 4 subjects usually spread over 3 afternoons (depends on individual teacher's arrangement) both semesters, Maths Olympiad, CCA...

Not sure if the days are always the same for the supplementary classes in future.

Currently they are staying back on Mon, Tue and Fri.
So best dun arrange enrichments during afternoon of these 3 days.

P5, Mon & Tue ends at 3.30pm and Fri ends at 3pm
P6, Mon & Tue ends at 4pm and Fri ends at 3.30pm

Hello. http://nanhuapri.moe.edu.sg/contact-us/school-bookshop was taken down for a while. Now it's up with the coming year's booklists. Do consider using Auntie Alice's pre-packed service for convenience! :rahrah:


Btw, she stocks some (limited cos of space constraint, only during yearend) copies of assessment books (example the OnSponge Essential/Conquer series) selling at a cheaper price too. If you check with her, make a remark on the booklist, she can keep a copy for you.

Just called up the bus operator. From Bukit Batok area: $155 for 2-way. $141 for 1-way.

I hope they can provide bus services from sch to Clementi mrt as the bus stops seem quite a far walk from sch and students have to cross roads.

According to the latest sch circular, \"CCA will not be offered to all P1 and P2 students in view of their welfare and the difficulty of logistical arrangement...\" \"the school will develop their core competencies and skills of CCAs through experiential learning weaved into the other school program...\"
