Accompanied DD last time, so will be going with DS this time too. After that go for a good meal.
agree...it's very important to be there...celebrate the effort and results no matter what they are. hubby took leave when collecting results...then we went for a meal...as parents, our presence means a lot to the child. -

Will u all accompany ur kid to collect his/her result or wait at home? I am still wondering whether to follow or not.. :?
This is probably the only time parents will and can go....the kids will not want parents to be there at O and A levels results release dates.

My heart starts pounding when think of tomorrow. Imagine tomorrow this time, I think my heart will pound so loud and my limbs will tremble non-stop ...
haha, same here. i think tonight sure cannot sleep well or will wake up very early tomorrow morning. -
I am thinking of all the possible worse outcomes, so that I can be mentally prepared for it… like what should I say and what my expression should be in the different scenarios…

On a side note, how will the results be given to the child? Is it still must tear the proforated slip or results (i.e grade and t-score) straightaway can see from the certificate? Does the school alteady have 1st hand news on the results b4 11am tomorrow?? Boy i am getting nervous now already... :imdrowning: -

Usually the principal will present the result in slides to parents in hall if I am not wrong. Like what is the passing % kind. If they didn't get it earlier, how will they be able to prepare for the slides.
