Rgs starts at 7.25am. Don't think they will change anytime soon. As for merit CCA, I think the girls only choose one, ie no merit CCA unlike RI. And you will enjoy the Badge Initiation Ceremony!.

Maybe can consider Aljunied MRT to Stevens MRT (change at Bugis, 7 stops, 25 mins) followed by Bus at Stevens Road (105, 132, 190, 972, 3 stops, 10 mins)
