May I know where things like socks, name tags (if there's any), badges can be bought? Is it at the uniform shop?
No special socks (just normal white ones are OK).
Name tags - order at the school book shop. Make sure you get the right colour as each year has a different colour. -

Does anyone know the literature books used in Yr 1 ? My girl is joining RGS next yr. She can make use of Dec holidays to do some reading. TIA.
It was animal farm. Better wait for the booklist as they do change the titles. -
Thank you Cloud Cloud for your reply. How about History text book? I thought it may be good to spend some time reading during the holidays as my girl has been idling, only to read some news headlines. Tks!

Rgs starts at 7.25am. Don't think they will change anytime soon. As for merit CCA, I think the girls only choose one, ie no merit CCA unlike RI. And you will enjoy the Badge Initiation Ceremony!. -

Maybe can consider Aljunied MRT to Stevens MRT (change at Bugis, 7 stops, 25 mins) followed by Bus at Stevens Road (105, 132, 190, 972, 3 stops, 10 mins)
