Yes locker can be used but need to bring own pad lock. Guess will only start next week since no formal lessons this week.

Cant use hp during lesson times except during morning for reading purpose only. Other than that not much restrictions. Teachers do inform students about the rules and will have class whatsapp chat with teachers included.
