I assume you are a member already. Do look out for communications but I recall it was in April they asked for applications to be submitted. they will only inform you if you are successful for the letter after Phase 2A2 (cos that's when they know how many letters they can issue)

Yes, you are qualified to register in Phase 2B, but you might not have the ce.

if we were to compare these 2, which one you reckon will have higher chance...
my son is born 2014, so P1 will be in 2021...

2) within 2km from Nan Chiau, but will do PV all the way.

If i'm not wrong, both will be in Phase 2B?
For #1 above, is there a way to do PV in order to increase the chance?

2. If only have boys, Cat High would be choice, if hv girls.. then Nan Chiau might be the option.

Balloting not r'qd when there are more vacancies than applicants. But when applications exceeds vacancies (even by one), there will be balloting.

It all depends on the number of applicants <1km in the phase you're eligible in. There's no hard rule on this one as the number changes every year. But if you're eligible to register in Phase 2B, it's highly possible that you'll get a seat without balloting.
