          heard - don't know true or not - some GEP sec sch ask the kids where they take tuition, what they were taught - and school teachers take the easy way out......

          not suggesting that the teachers are the ones running the tuition centre

          BUT, there are many teachers from the 'elite' school after making themselves well known, decide to set up their own tuition centre ......can't fault them i guess....change of business model
          but that might not be quite common in SG.
          in china, teachers' home become tuition centre, rental cost can be saved...
