This morning I used the left over buttermilk to make hotcakes and the hotcakes turned out fluffy and delicious.


Just bought over-riped Pisang Merah (red coloured skin) from the wet market to bake banana bread. First time I tried pisang merah and found it to be extremely sweet. Not sure whether the extreme sweetness was due to it being overripe or simply it’s typical of such banana type.

Reduce my banana bread sugar level from 1 cup to 1/4 cup. :nailbite: :xedfingers:

Same as my dh n ds. I can always smell their “poo” n backside gas
Easily , they complain I too sensitive , they have “no freedom “ in this aspect this is also the reason I m scared to go developing countries , their toilet make me literally vomit . msia, indo, China, Thai etc etc the toilets of the “world class” hygiene , some places toilet in hk can be yucky too

The haze and poo/backside gas are totally different. I can smell the latter. In fact, I dread to go wet and smelly public toilets unless no choice.
I am very particular about toilets and my toilet is always dry and neat

even here in Singapore, I try not to visit the toilets as much as possible...unless really no choice.
I am very particular about smell.
backside gas is something I find hard to tolerate...my hubby says it's diffusion...of course! the room stinks.

There is a Dominos in my vicinity and I like its Classifed Chicken.
Recently there are new flavours introduced- daebak spicy tuna, daebak spicy beef and daebak spicy chicken. All delicious

quite done planning daughter’s SA1 revision. supposed to take a shower…walked past daughter’s room & decided to do some packing. after dumping 3 plastic bags of junk, I surrender.

starting to collect boxes to put in stuff.
