hi i heard the classes are banded in SOTA being R8 as best class but then there are very outstanding students in R1, R3, R5 in terms of psle results and artforms, can someone confirm this as just want to make sure i am not misinformed because for the upper level I heard the classes are mixed abilities and there are some very good students mixed into the other classes for some reasons. anyone here know what are the REASONS for doing so as got a couple VA students on scholarships tat are from other classes not R8 so it is very confusing. Is there really a rumoured best class?

This best class thingy is spreaded by students asking one another's psle results but my talk with the teachers during the subject workshop is no best class and mixed abilities. I know of a few 250++ in other classes other than r8. The so-call better classes have students with 230 and 240 range from the parents I know so I think really not a really verified thing.

For those whose kids already in lit arts, can you please share what is the selection process like.
How much is the duration of camp. Is it whole day or for few hours.

Hi, it stated 31/8 on the portal but based on past year parents comments, those who received CO will be notified via call in mid Aug.
