Last Year,I have bought some unique collection of promotional pens for my Foreign Colleagues and they liked it very much. I always give promotional items such as pen drive, promotional thirsts, key-chains etc. to my clients and colleagues. -
I sometimes buy from souvenirs from taobao to save luggage space on the trip back and sometimes money too

I have bought local snacks like salted egg, fish skin, and bak kwa is quite a hit with foreign colleagues, especially from China! For Germans, good-quality tea or coffee from local brands can be a nice touch too. Risis gifts are great for something more premium.
