This is historic news round the world. Trump looks very subdued after US-NK agent signed.

Trump seemed to take centre stage fielding news reporters' questions giving almost everyone air-time. He babbles too much after first few minutes, just trying to maintain attention on himself - \"If I can save XX millions of life & bring world peace...\". Qn is why KJU do not make even a small simple speech. Nagging feeling inside my head if they'll take US benefits offered & renegade like past few negotiations (NK pattern famous alr).

Spore also received world attention. Now I wonder if tourists come looking for The \"Summit Hotel\" (as reported in BBC headlines, where wld they find it in Spore. Haiz!

the sanctions imposed on NK have not been removed. could KJU be holding out for more goodies? I don't believe he will destroy all the missiles and nuclear plants.

The nuclear plant is their only source of energy. Their missiles are their only trump card for threats. How is it possible for KJU to let go of these? 很难哦。

Trump dying for the limelight as sitting President to bring world peace thro reconciliation with NK.


KJU wanted to fulfil his dad’s dream to stand next to US as allies, which years of war & insecurities had closed their doors to the world.

So far, seems China & S. Korea had wanted to help KJU & the N. Koreans achieve that open door & reunification. Let’s see how careful US & Trump handles themselves. It’s very delicate. If they handle well, N. Korea may push for wider open doors & then there’ll be no turning back.

Apparently, one of our researchers on N. Korea regime, who did a lecture talk with N. Korea elites, hv seen how the rich was able to hv some access to branded goods & new technologies but all thro the black market. He said in an interview with BBC, that the elites hv asked many question (such as how to bring progress and all the latest lifestyles the westerners can offer. In his opinion, these ppl are ready & dying to make tt crossover.

KJU probably using his half destroyed missile facilities to bargain for disarmament with lifting of sanctions & more trade with US & others. In BBC News today, it was reported that China gave a hint 2 hours before the summit that sanctions will be lifted.

Trump seems to be very subdued in calling KJU a very capable & talented young chap he knows will handle NK well as long as he, Trump, lives. He’s not calling KJU Rocketman anymore. In fact, everyone incl Mr Xi, MJI, Abe & LHL are all his good frd. I’m glad he gave accolades to those who work very hard in Spore to make it work esp the security personnel.

However, I think he took too much time staying in the limelight & very much rumbling.

Spore is now on Int’l map, even tho we’re a dot, we’re strong & efficient. We shld give recognition for our govt’s foresight. Imagine the summit cld hv been held in China, S. Korea orcthd US. The latter two is not neutral but china was not chosen. It’s Spore both parties feel comfortable to fly in for the summit. We hv world class facilities, capabilities & safety track records.

Note : Angeldontexist, pls do not undermine Spore govt when u’ve such narrow-mind. Or it is yr agenda to undermine Spore govt? They work very hard visiting world leaders to extend frdship that even KJU, who hardly travel was willing to come & Trump call LHL a very gracious host and reflects the friendliness of Sporeans.
