There has been no announcement and/or information about this from the school.
I think this is just rumours. You might want to clarify this with who you heard this from. Similarly you can also reach out to MSHSP to enquire. -

Which Phase are you intending to apply for?
Phase 2A1 for SNGS, Catholic high and Henry Park need to ballot....
Therefore for phase 2A(2) and Phase2B may be increased significantly because of overflow from those who intend to apply Cat High and churches too... -
Anyone knows if they r still accepting PV or have closed for the year? Does the number of PV vacancies reset every year? Sorry first time mum here.

I would suggest that you reach out to MSHSP to enquire. Speak directly to the staff and seek guidance accordingly. I'm sure they should be able to provide you with answers to your questions.

MSHPS does not take in PV at all. Phase 2B is solely for GRL and church affiliations -
