There’s a CNA documentary on the rescue one evening (maybe tonight?). Even if they make a film, it won’t be so soon, and it will be with actors, not the actual boys. I’m sure there will be lots of people wanting to interview them in the next few weeks and months. And probably some of the rescue team etc as well, those who are willing to talk about it.

What was the movie that feature India’s kids in fr the gettos? Rmbr they were all exploited & paid pittance? Taken advantage of and I’m sure the psychological impact may send them to fame & thrown to deep ends of depression of sorts? Will they think money will be easy to come by?

I think recognition to be given to the diver who died during this mission, followed by the rescuers who risked their lives to save the lost boys and their coach.

Finally saw the news in Straits Times feature the faces of the ang mo divers n aussie doctors & fallen hero . Good that the fact is released now , grp of VOLUNTEERs who risk their lives for the helpless . -

Yah. Hoping any celebration to rmbr the Thai Seal who died in the line of rescue duties, before starting mention of any living heros. -
One of the stateless boys, proficient in English, is instrumental in this operation by communicating with the British divers who first found them.
