I hav dragon gal, which school shd i go for in 2c,
<1km fr Hong Wen
1-2km Kheng Cheng, CHIJ tpy, Farrer, Marymount Convent..
fr the tight competition I think Hong Wen left 27 for 2C

Take note that for Hong wen <1km, this year you have competition from the new BTO residents from Bendemeer Light.

But bto bendemeer light residents mostly young couples, children not likely to be 6 years old this year. If they even have children.

what are my chances for RGPS if I stay out of 2km? Is it safe to try on Phrase 2C? Will I even stand a chance to ballot?
