But the % of withdrawal vs those who applied in 2a1 is really tiny.

Very tough to plan with such small numbers moving.

I know... I just saw that all three schools which were oversubscribed at 2A1 have withdrawals, too!

Will there be chance to ballot for Mee Toh in 2C as i stay between 1-2 km? Thinking to try Mee Toh in 2C, if cant get then go for Waterway in 2Cs

For the past few years, balloting required for SC <1km...

Don’t have a page that summarize the data that you want to see. (One)

Need to monitor the moe page on different dates, compare info on forum to cross check to form your conclusion.

Thats why i’m wondering why isn’t MOE implementing the “once registered no withdrawal” where everyone is only given 1 chance. But i guess they dont see things like we see it. Resulting in parents hogging places in earlier phases.

Usually I don’t want to give my opinion on the system, I am the type of adopting a strategy within the guideline so if one keep switching guideline, I have to plan again.

On the matter of withdrawal, i would suggest that if there is a case of balloting within that phase that the child was successfully balloted, one will not be allowed to withdraw.

                  I agree.

In CHS case, two were withdrawn just before phase 2B, very likely from 2A1 enrollment. It’s quite unfair for the 2 children balloted out in the same phase (cannot imagine how upset they are), as well to the 2A2 candidates who didn’t even get a chance.

(Game master didn't specify this rule as 2A2 so far is being bypass once 2A1 is full)

Just wondering, assuming 21 ballot for 20 places and subsequently 1of those who got it decided to withdraw, would the place then be given to the 21st person or the place give to next phase and the poor 21st person join the next phase to compete against those in that phase? I tot the former would be fairer than the latter. Thanks.
