4:30pm is the cut off for form submission or for the school admin to key in the kid’s application?
(I am guessing forms)

Doesnt count if u have the queue number and in the hall but partner rushing over with original NRICs. -

That corroborates with what I heard. The staff will lock the door at 4.30pm. Meaning no more original ICs entering the room after 4.30pm.

That means that if a parent goes into the hall at 4:29pm, the admin staff can lock the door at 4:30pm and slowly key in the data after 4:30.

You cant fault the parents for being punctual right? If the parent steps in at 4.29pm, the parent would still need to complete the application form and then submit it to the admin staff.
Then there are a number of things the admin staff needs to do per registrant.
1. Checking of documents against original copies.
2. Grouping of the registratrant in distance category
3. Key in data to the MOE database.
No way all these can be done in a minute. -
