Yes, they start CCA at P3.
However, certain CCAs will 'talent pick' from P1 especially if the child is already involved in that sport/activity. The big focus is on the performing arts. -

We had applied for Phase 2C
School have vacancies of 82
While yesterday end with 68 slot taken up.
Does that mean we had a confirm slot already?

The official announcement will be in the 8th but if the number of applications was less than the places then you are OK.
