My 3 1/2 son fell down yesterday and I saw one of his front tooth is a bit chipped off. Do u think it is neccessary to bring him to see a dentist?

Not sure, but there is no shortage of kids with tooth or teeth missing, so I don't think it's a major problem?

DD is opposite: twice the new teeth came out abt 3 mm or so behind old teeth, and were crooked in angle to the old teeth, and still the old teeth didn't drop... had to pull them out for her...
