Esp the two PRs outside 2km maybe have not realised the reality....

All PRs are out of the running. Not sure why they would want to throw away their application like that. They have to realise at Phase 2Cs, they have even less options compared to SC.

those 3 PRs should withdraw, try (Marymount, St Margaret or other CHIJ) primary schools, instead of wasting (throwing) their 2C chance here.

Based on https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/article/singapore-primary-1-registration-school-balloting-history/ going back to 2006, ZERO chance at Phase 2C. If PR can squeeze themselves into the earlier phases, they will sail through.

in past years -
PR can only enter under Phase (1, 2A1, 2A2 and 2B). That's all

2B : there are PR , who entered under GRC.

PR cannot enter under Phase 2C, because SC > 2 km will ballot.
