Can anyone see how much confusion one incoherent post had caused?

Just called Henry Park, the lady unswered was not pleasant, but managed to find out that they have 31 applicants now which are all SCs < 1km, this is far different from last night's number that only 1 SC < 1km, did anyone else managed to confirm with the school? We are at 1-2km, not sure if need to go down to HP to check for sure...thank you!!

\"1 SC < 1km\" remark was a joke. HPPS will most likely ballot for <1km and you shouldn't waste your 2C chance as you won't even have the chance to ballot. You should start looking at your next best option and work towards it... All the best!

Hougang pri yest morning already called those 1-2km to withdraw.. So moe website reflected number should be ard the number registered for <1km maybe?

if the number is 31 within 1km, and you are 1-2km, withdraw now and apply somewhere that you have chance.
PS: when we call the school, we have to try to sound nice no matter how the admin sound, what you need is the info.

For those asking for breakdown of popular schools, this is the rule of the thumb:


For popular schools with 20 to 30 (or even up to 40) vacancies remaining in Phase 2C, you can safely assume 90% to 100% of applicants are SC and < 1km.

These schools will (99.9% of the time) reject applicants > 1km on the spot. There may be 1 to 3 blur ones, who don't fulfill the above criteria above but have applied online.

If you think https://www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/primary-one-registration/vacancies is not reflecting SC, < 1km for these schools, my advice is don't 自欺欺人.
