Given the high number of recent BTO completion in Matilda and EC in Twin Waterfalls / Ecopolitan, I won't be surprised if more than 200 applicants are within 1km of Punggol Green.Punggol Green, highest application nos in Singapore, as of yesterday is 243pax applicant VS 114 slot, anyone got the breakdown nos of application?
Thank in advance.
BTW, Punggol Cove, Oasis and Waterway seem to have 'eat' into the other popular schools like Horizon and Punggol View (both schools have yet to hit their capacity as per yesterday registration). May be an opportunity for some people < 1km to make a switch. -
anyone has breakdown for compassvale pri?

Can anyone see how much confusion one incoherent post had caused?

Hi, parents! Just called Henry Park, the lady unswered was not pleasant, but managed to find out that they have 31 applicants now which are all SCs < 1km, this is far different from last night's number that only 1 SC < 1km, did anyone else managed to confirm with the school? We are at 1-2km, not sure if need to go down to HP to check for sure...thank you!!
Entirely agree...
Floppy, I know you’re frustrated that parents are asking for breakdown of numbers of xxx or yyy schools — when we all know that historically there will be balloting for SC<1km. But many parents here can be quite clueless! -
As of this morning, there were 31 for sc <1 km

It was around the same number (243pax applicant VS 114 slot) in 2016 and all applicants are SC within 1km. So I really feel that all 243 applicant are SC within 1 KM, unless again there are blur ones who registered online who are still blur or yet to withdraw. Looking at their past years' application rate and this year phase 2C flow, why would anyone is their right mind register if they are not SC within 1km. Those who initially targeted Punggol Green, likely will flow over to Punggol View or Punggol Cove... Application rate for Punggol Cove has steadily increased over the year and the school is just 2.5 years old with max P3 pupils. I wont be surprise that by SG50's P1 registration time it will fall under the balloting list.

ACSP dropped from 13 outside 2km to now 2 outside 2km… 1km looks like going into balloting… still have folks in 1-2km applied. It starting to heat up… anyone has latest numbers on acsj and sji?

Actually, I have no problem with people asking for breakdown... e.g. SASS, SJIJ, etc as these are real touch and go cases.

For traditional (read: historical) popular schools, if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be applying.
Besides there's a thread that's called READ ME FIRST, as well as a very well tabulated table: https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/article/singapore-primary-1-registration-school-balloting-history/ as your go-to resource. -
Does it means that 8 Aug we will receive sms that our child is successful , unsuccessful, ballot require ?
