Can you actually withdraw and put in the next phase? I thought those given a place and give it up are placed as last priority. This friend of yours know what he talking?
Withdraw Phase 2A1, join Phase 2A2.
Withdraw Phase 2A2, join Phase 2B.
Withdraw Phase 2B, join Phase 2C.
But I doubt anyone would withdraw Phase 2C to join Phase 2CS.
You have the same priority as anyone in the same phase. -

There’s a few case online other website. Withdraw ph 2b and try luck ballot ph 2c didn’t get it. You will be placed as lower priority in the ballot. Even worse than 2km priority. Be warned.

this is gold standard - in my opinion only.
Not much extra work but eases the anxiety of many parents.
MOE should make this their SOP during P1 Registration.

Maybe The pr applied online and doesn’t know our Singapore system. Online can’t see all this info. Maybe even apply from overseas!

Is it?? withdraw and will be given less priority?? maybe that few cases luck not good so got balloted out?? i dunno. just guessing.. -

It's a ballot. Some will get in, some will get out. Or maybe those who register at the other website are damn suay
Plenty here have tried, successfully as well.
The rule of the thumb is:
If you want to withdraw, make sure it's 'bao jiak musang king'.
If you withdraw so as to have a chance at balloting, it's just being stupid. -
if using old method of balloting maybe is really luck… but then again. now is computerised balloting… no transparency leh… so maybe tis yr "such" thing may happen and we will never know…
